Another step by Turtle Jones
We at FTTW have decided to go another step in building this site up and would like your opinion. We are making shirts to give away for contests, to sell, and because we are bored. These are mock up stages, but we would like to know what you think and have your input. Check them out below. We have three types of shirts that will be going out. A T-shirt, a work shirt and a wife beater. They will all be coming out soon so tell us if you like them or not. Also we have buttons coming out thanks to a friend of the site.
What the wifebeater says, if you can't read it is...
All of these shirts are still in mock up stages and since thefinn and myself can both screen, cost is gonna be pretty low. He is taking on the t-shirt and I am doing the work shirts and wife beaters. We are still open to any new ideas from you since I haven't even gotten the emusion or screens yet but we will sell these for basically for cost just to get them out there or just give them away for contests. Tell us what you think of them. - T update: dynamine has offered to make buttons for everyone with her button making machine. I assume she will be selling them, but I don't know. So we got that going for us. Thank you dynamine. So if you have an ideas for her and her work, shoot them over to her. And thank you dynamine. That was a real cool thing to do. update 2: These are the end products. We tried to work with a few other comments but none came out to...well...they sucked. So this is what you will be getting in about a month. I have no idea how long buttons take to make so might see them by the end of this week, but as I have said, this site is having a major overhaul to step up one more rung to take over the world. ooohh good one finn. the tshirt is perfect. the work shirt needs work on the front.
the fucking bird is perfect, in fact the back is rad altogether.
the license plate is a good direction but i like the oval shape like a nametag... hmmm.

I likey the oval w/the FTTW, but I think the font should be the same as the T-shirt (Arial or Helvetica italic). That way the FTTW looks more like a branded logo. Consistency.
If we could offer the work shirts both with art on the back and w/out, that would be awesome.
And the sidebar linkey thing is awesome.

this is the thing
once we get the mock ups down, we can do anything with them. girlie, wifebeaters, long sleeves
this is just mock up time so don't worry about the fonts now.
if you want specific requests for certain types of shirts after the screens are burned, just email us and we can do it for you.

Kali i'm not a girly-girl type girl so i wouldn't be the one to ask. I'm all about the black shirts. Can we get red or blue inks? I need amber paper for my screen (I'm so archaic- i never bothered learning the burn). I'd like to make some shirts. Eventually, when i find the film is guess. Currently, the design on the screen says "Fuck Golf". In only the prettiest letters of course...

i would do it if you want, but i'm colorblind. so i usually go with black and white, but if you want a different color, just ask and i'll see what colors i have left.

goddamn, y'all are quick with the changes!
depending on design snafus, it only takes me a few hours to crank out 100 or so buttons. i've already started on some rudimentary designs, but any input would be rad.
it's hard to rock photoshop with a 2 year old on your lap who insists that he "work", too.

hmm. I like that, but i'm not in a band right now so maybe the tagline should be something else or empty for a while. Hard to explain... i do play every week, and i'm a board member in our local blues society, and we often throw together a band to play a benefit or somesuch, but i'm not in a bandband kind of thing right now if you know what i mean. Mostly because if i was in a band with the people i play with, i'd kill them. I was in a band with some of them for a while. I quit before i killed them.
