Matthew Lives in Rutland Vermont, with his dog Bandit, and Two Cats, Shadow and Xander. He has been performing as Alexandra Chase for about ten years in Rutland and in Burlington Vermont. He has also performed with the Vermont youth performers "The FolKids of Vermont" in his younger years, performing in the Inaugural Parade for President Bill Clinton, as well as traveling to Japan for two weeks of overseas performances. He was also a founding member of the performance group "Teen Two Step" and traveled to Russia, Costa Rica, and Newfoundland to perform over three years of membership. As a writer Matthew has had articles printed in "The Burlington Free Press", and "Out in The Mountains", a nationally distributed news forum for the gay and lesbian (and questioning) community of Vermont. He also is currently working on a novel, a comic book with "Amie" writer and Illustrator J.W. Carbonell. While also guest writing for "Amie" on occaision. ("Amie" can be found here on FTTW!
