USA is playing their first game today - in about 40 minutes - against the Czech Republic and I thought we should at least mention it given that we've been doing all this World Cup stuff. Turtle isn't sticking around because he doesn't have ESPN2 and doesn't want to hear me going on about the game and I can't blame him (besides he already put in a lot of work today on his underground post, which is really funny if you haven't read it yet) , and I'm not really posting anything (live blogging of the game going on here) but I just wanted to say USA! USA! and umm...that's it.

Yea, I called in sick today to watch this. Well, I had a dentist appointment earlier today, but I came home to "recuperate" on the couch in front of the tv. Yea, that's the ticket.
