And The Winner of Best Classic Rock Song is............. by Turtle Jones
This was so close. Right up until the end, I was watching the clock and watching the poll counts change. Which would it be? Pink Floyd or Allman Brothers? Who would vote more, the trippy stoners or the drunk stoners?
Hey, I'm not insulting you. I was always a little of both, so it's all good.
Anyhow. The winner.

Good win. This editor is satisfied.
Thanks to everyone who nominated and voted. We'll be back a week from Monday with another riveting poll!
As always, if you have a suggestion for a poll, just let us know!

Song you love, but you turn it off in embarrassment whenever someone walks in the room.

Ah, but even Ed says that JET guitars are the best electric archtops.
I can't stand that "Roman" headstock on what is otherwise a gorgeous guitar. One could argue asthetics don't make much difference in playability, but when you're talking about the kind of prices these guitars go for, asthetics mean a whole bunch.
Have you looked at the Gleduras?

ooooo... pretty. me want.
Yeah, I'll give you the headstock point. I mostly fell in love with the finish. I have played a Quicksilver - they are nice.
What is it about guitars and basses? You can never have too many. Unless you ask Mrs. Dave in Texas

Browsing around Ed Roman's site, I noticed the "Pagan" (Dark) guitar complete with casket case. Back when I was 16, I probably would have sold a less-favored family member just to have that. No idea how it plays, but it's hilariously cool. No hippy colors either :P

Fair enough...that song is up there for me. The guitar is great, but its going to be a dozy as guitarists are rather fervent in their love for their tools.
